Qualifications

• 12+ Months Santander experience related to essential functions and responsibilities of the Relationship Banker role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management and community engagement.
• Meet the financial needs of the customer including transactional, servicing, and product offerings.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless service.
• Foster customer loyalty by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
• Engage customers through digital platforms to educate them on self-service options.
