Job summary

You will build and manage client relationships, educate customers on Chase digital tools, and collaborate with branch experts to address complex financial needs, while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements. This full-time role requires strong communication, a client-first mindset, and availability for weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience with proven results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication and tailored product/service explanations.
• Compliance with risk, training, and regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses (or will obtain within 180 days).
• Weekend/evening branch hours required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products quickly and collaborate with team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
