Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker at our in-branch location in Longwood, FL. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base, delivering a differentiated customer experience, and promoting PNC solutions to meet customers' financial needs.

You will engage with customers through proactive conversations, leveraging technology and ecosystem partners, to grow share of wallet while adhering to risk controls and branch operations standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or equivalent degree and related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically 3+ years experience.
• Background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through defined sales process and outbound interactions to elevate client loyalty.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
