Job summary

Citizens Bankers in Laconia, NH is hiring a Customer Banker to help customers with financial solutions and to build lasting relationships. You’ll promote digital banking and assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs while introducing customers to our app and ATM features.

You’ll collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners to help with more complex needs and you’ll make outbound calls to grow the customer base and schedule financial checkups.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs.
• Proven success building relationships and recommending products.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Support spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
