The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners. Expect outbound calls to engage new customers and schedule financial checkups.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to improve relationships.
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending products via in-person and phone interactions.
• Skill in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem-solve and provide solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivation, confidence and multitasking ability.
• Must work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier required.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Assist customers with tailored solutions to future goals like buying a home or credit cards.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking via app or ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies and local regulations.
