Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Must meet licensing requirements within 180 days of hire (SIE, Series 6, state registrations, Life license).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain client relationships at the branch using financial knowledge.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (mobile app, web, ATMs) and digital banking.
• Provide attentive service, building trust and addressing financial needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
