Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Proactively meet with clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
