Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and possible weekend/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone to develop and expand client relationships.
• Offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners.
