Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Florida seeks a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial knowledge to offer tailored solutions.

You will educate clients on tech, connect them to experts, and ensure compliance with banking policies while delivering excellent service and leveraging our digital tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, tailoring features and benefits to client needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and consistency in client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; SIE and FINRA licensing prerequisites; licenses pursued within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and understand needs.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, building trust and offering tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
