NBT is hiring a Relationship Banking Associate to deliver high quality customer service and respond to customer needs. You will process routine transactions, open basic deposit accounts, and refer opportunities to partners while maintaining policy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions and account servicing with high accuracy and efficiency, including teller transactions.
• Identify customer opportunities and refer them to the appropriate business partner or line of business.
• Participate in community events under CRA and support additional duties as assigned.
