Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
Ability to deliver memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
Must obtain required licenses (SIE, Series 6, Life) within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts for complex needs.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
