Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience within retail banking with a solid understanding of banking products.
• Proven success in building customer relationships and customer service.
• Experience adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Consumer and Small Business clients to assess financial needs.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with a client-first attitude.
• Acquire new relationships through referrals and outreach.
• Educate clients about banking solutions and digital tools.
• Back-up Area Manager and support branch operations when needed.
• Assist with teller transactions and branch operations.
• Connect clients with Financial Advisors and other specialists.
• Promote ethical behavior and confidentiality in client interactions.
