Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication in person, on the phone, and electronically.
• Proficient computer use, typing, and sustained monitor attention.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Answer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfill basic servicing requests.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist branch and team members with basic tasks to resolve issues.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
• Follow bank processes, adhere to laws, and manage operational risks.
• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on emerging technology.
