JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a branch, acquiring and managing client relationships and offering financial solutions. You will use hospitality and financial technology to enhance the client experience and drive branch success.

The role requires 1+ year of banking sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. A high school diploma and licensing in SIE/Series 6 are required within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with success in acquiring new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client journey.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and ensure a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED."
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing within 180 days of hire.
