Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits.
• Strong communication skills in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining risk controls.
• Must meet licensing and registration requirements (SIE, Series 6, state licenses) or be able to obtain within 180 days.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Education

High school diploma or GED

SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses (or eligible to obtain) within 180 days
