Qualifications

• Proven ability to motivate customers and colleagues in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Team-oriented approach to help customers in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Ability to coach and lead branch teams following process and protocol.

Responsibilities

• Build, expand, and retain client relationships with a needs-based approach.
• Provide expert financial solutions by assessing customer needs and offering Simmons products.
• Engage in outbound calls, business visits, events, and referrals to grow client base.
• Assist with account openings/closings and resolve issues in a compliant manner.
• Support customers with service requests and teller transactions as needed.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to branch goals.
