Qualifications

• 3+ years experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months experience in Retail Banking sales or related field with proven success.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to Relationship Banker role requires endorsement.
• 12+ months customer service in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Established relationship-building skills focused on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Proven track record in sales and cross-selling products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication, consultative and written skills.
• Professional image and proficiency with digital tools to engage customers.
