Qualifications

• 12+ months Santander experience or endorsement of performance.
• 12+ months customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Established relationship-building skills focused on customer experience and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs.
• Proactively prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Meet the financial needs of customers including transactions and servicing.
