Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration and comply with related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating effectively.
• Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Provide a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
