• Build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide informed banking counsel.
• Assess customer needs and recommend solutions across deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests; submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
