Qualificações

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsabilidades

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
Open new accounts and perform account servicing in compliance with policies and regulations.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build trusted relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge.
Assist in branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
