Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and new account openings in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and ATM duties while following procedures.
