Job summary

Regions Bank in Bay Minette, Alabama is seeking a Relationship Banker – Team Lead to coach a team of bankers, meet with customers in person and by phone, and drive branch performance. The role combines sales, service leadership, and financial guidance to help clients achieve their goals while ensuring compliant operations and a positive client experience.

The ideal candidate has retail or banking experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and is able to work Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct branch activities with Branch Manager
• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions
• Conduct outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers
• Coach junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and cross-sell
• Educate customers on Regions’ loan and deposit products and digital banking tools
• Ensure compliance and manage branch operations and risk
