Job summary

Regions is seeking a Relationship Banker – Team Lead in Birmingham, AL to meet with customers and prospects, determine financial needs, and offer appropriate products and guidance to help achieve financial goals. The role also involves coaching a team of bankers and overseeing branch activities in the Branch Manager’s absence, with a focus on growth and excellent service.

Strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of Regions’ consumer and business products are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to use a computer and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Branch Manager to guide and direct all branch activities
• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and presenting Regions solutions
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients
• Coaches junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills
• Educates customers on Regions’ loan and deposit products and digital services
