Qualifications

• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.
• Cash handling and cash transactions experience.
• Strong communication in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Proficient computer use with typing and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and suggesting Regions solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions like mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Provides a consistent customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Follows bank processes and manages operational risks.
