Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–4 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coach colleagues; strong product knowledge needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion using available tools.
• Evaluate client needs and offer appropriate financial products through needs-based conversations.
• Perform routine teller transactions and support branch initiatives for growth and profitability.
• Assist with supervision and onboarding of banking center staff; act as a role model.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies.
