Job summary

Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a full-time banking professional to join our Banking Center team. You will respond to customer needs, discuss financial products, and perform teller transactions while supporting growth initiatives and maintaining compliance.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to coach teammates, and a flexible schedule that may include weekends and extended hours. Prior banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills in a banking environment.
• Experience coaching and developing banking center teammates.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers' needs in a timely, accurate manner using available resources and tools.
• Discuss needs with clients and offer appropriate financial products and services to deepen relationships.
• Perform routine teller transactions: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments.
• Support sales, retention, and growth initiatives for the Banking Center.
• Meet or exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies.
