Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekend/extended hours

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATM, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outreach and identifying client needs or referring to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and stay updated on policies and product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
