Job summary

Truist is hiring in Orlando for a Regular, full-time Teller/Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding client service and expand client relationships. You will handle teller duties as needed and participate in sales activities aimed at meeting branch targets.

The role requires English fluency, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Regular weekend hours and travel may be required depending on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Ability to source and prospect for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including background checks and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service and expand relationships through consultative conversations.
• Meet or exceed branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists as appropriate.
• Engage clients with professional, courteous service during transactions and inquiries.
