Key duties include delivering a high-quality client experience, staying compliant with policies, and contributing to IRM efforts to meet client financial needs. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and branch automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience during transactions and educate clients on digital banking options.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and continuous training.
