Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Minimum of three years of customer contact/service experience or two years in banking, preferably in a branch
• Prior experience handling and being accountable for money
• Completion of the Bank’s in-house training program within a reasonable timeframe
• Sales-oriented and relationship-building demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communications in Spanish or additional language is a plus
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Demonstrates confidence when interacting with clients
• Willingness to self-learn Bank products/services to become well versed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Understanding of core banking systems is beneficial
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team
• Professionalism and travel up to 15% within branch region

Responsibilities

• Sit/stand for extended periods
• Reach over teller counter/desk to receive documents
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs
• Operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other components
• Communicate with all levels of staff
• Observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
• Travel by car or public transport as needed
