Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional level customer contact and service experience, or two years in a banking environment, preferably in a branch.
• Prior experience handling and being accountable for money is required.
• Able to complete the Bank’s in-house Training Program within a reasonable timeframe.
• Demonstrates a sales-oriented and relationship-building demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Sits/stands for extended periods; interacts with clients to process transactions and provide service.
• Reach over teller counter or desk to receive customer documents.
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
• Communicate with all levels of staff and translate data as needed.
