Job summary

BankUnited seeks a Sales and Service Specialist to deepen client relationships by identifying needs and recommending relevant products and solutions. The role balances service and sales activities, supporting branch and market performance while expanding conversations inside and outside the branch.

You will build consultative conversations, leverage referrals, and help deliver the BankUnited One Bank Experience, contributing to team success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of branch banking, cash handling, platform, or related financial services experience preferred.
• Demonstrated client service, sales, referral, risk management, and cash operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies client needs and recommends BankUnited products to deepen relationships.
• Supports title-related banking functions and routine client servicing needs.
• Models strong relationship-building behaviors and coaches others.
• Converts routine service transactions into relationship-building conversations.
• Meets branch and market sales goals by generating referrals and promoting solutions.
• Leads outbound calls, appointment setting, and client follow-up to drive sales activity.
• Collaborates with internal lines to deliver the One Bank experience.
