Job summary

WesBanco seeks a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a full-service banking center. You will discuss customer needs in person and by phone, onboard new Retail customers, and cross-sell banking products.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, relationship building, and participation in community activities, with responsibilities spanning sales goals and daily banking operations.

Qualifications

• Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to comply with bank policies and procedures.
• Must register and maintain NMLS registry per SAFÉ Act requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and able to learn banking software.
• Strong consumer lending knowledge and ability to build financial relationships.
• Ability to generate new financial relationships through outbound calls and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet customer banking needs.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell products and services.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and deliver proactive service.
• Perform account transactions and act as a teller when needed.
• Participate in community outreach and outside sales activities.
