Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to prospect and promote bank products to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities.
• Performs account transactions and supports daily banking center operations.
• Initiates outbound calls for customer onboarding and prospecting.
