Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to grow client relationships by delivering tailored financial guidance and solutions. You will engage clients, understand their needs, and connect them to our broad range of banking products and services.

You'll work to achieve individual goals through a consultative sales approach, collaborate with specialists, and help communities by delivering excellent service while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or client-facing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to recommend financial products and operate within banking policies.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register.
• Relationship Banker I requires 1+ years in retail, sales, service, or client-facing experience; II requires 1+ years banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
