Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and strengthen client relationships by delivering personalized financial guidance and solutions across our banking centers.

You will engage clients, identify opportunities to introduce products, and work with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities while delivering a high-quality, consistent client experience. Strong communication and a client-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register.
• Ability to recommend financial products and operate within banking policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
