Job summary

Old National Bank in Minnesota seeks a Relationship Banker to build and deepen client relationships by delivering personalized financial guidance and solutions.

You will engage clients through proactive outreach, cross-sell opportunities, and collaboration with internal specialists to meet goals while delivering a high-quality client experience. This role offers growth across multiple banking centers with local market support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
• Relationship Banker: 1+ years in retail, sales, service, or client-facing experience (banking experience a plus, not required).
• Relationship Banker II: 1+ years of banking experience with working knowledge of financial products and demonstrated consultative sales and lending capability

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
