Job summary

Wings Credit Union, formed by the merger with Ent Credit Union, is seeking a Member Services Representative to educate members, open and manage accounts, cross-sell products, and build lasting relationships. You will deliver personalized, professional service and process deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (some college preferred), sales or member service experience, and compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Proven sales skills and 1 year member service or retail banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking and/or credit union regulations preferred.
• Experience recommending products to improve a member’s financial position preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and opening new accounts.
• Educate members on product features and cross-sell loan, deposit and fee income products.
• Build trust through engagement, questions, listening, and consultative approach.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting contact information and scheduling follow-ups.
• Refer members to financial experts as needed (e.g., Mortgage and Financial advisors).
• Resolve moderately complex issues with other departments for issue resolution.
