Job summary

Wings Credit Union is seeking a customer-focused associate to acquire and deepen member relationships. You will assist with deposits, withdrawals, and account openings, while educating members on products and services to support their financial goals.

Responsibilities include proactive cross-selling, maintaining a sales pipeline, and providing notarial services. A mortgage loan originator qualifier is required, along with notary licensing upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required, some college preferred.
• 1 year member service or retail banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking and/or credit union regulations preferred.
• Experience recommending products to improve a member’s financial position preferred.
• Notary license required upon hire.
• Mortgage Loan Originator qualifier (NMLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and opening new accounts.
• Cross-sell products and services and refer for loans and other offerings.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with members through engaging, consultative service.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with follow-ups and contact information.
• Provide notarial services and assist with documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with risk and privacy policies, safeguarding member assets.
