Job summary

Wings Credit Union, formed from the merger with Ent Credit Union in January 2026, seeks a Member Services Specialist in Minnesota. You will educate members, open accounts, cross-sell products, and provide personalized service while maintaining compliance and notary duties.

Ideal candidates have strong sales skills, at least 1 year in member service or retail banking, and the ability to handle cash and notary tasks. This role supports branch operations with in-person service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Proven sales skills and 1 year member service or retail banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations preferred.
• Notary and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) qualification requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, openings, and service requests.
• Educate members on products and services; cross-sell and refer loans and other income products.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with members through consultative engagement.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with follow-ups.
• Provide notarial services and support for fraud, account maintenance, and retirement services.
