Job summary

Columbia Bank in Orange, CA is hiring a Relationship Banker to build lasting client relationships by delivering Breakthrough Client Service Standards and offering customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

You will open new deposit accounts, originate consumer loans, educate customers about digital and traditional services, and grow a loan and deposit portfolio while supporting community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of banking and/or demonstrated sales experience.
• 2 years developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• 2 years in lending with loan origination/processing.
• Knowledge of consumer and business products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide customized financial solutions.
• Open new deposit accounts and originate consumer loans; grow loan/deposit portfolio.
• Educate customers on digital and traditional banking solutions.
• Conduct client financial reviews to uncover needs and make recommendations.
• Perform outbound calls and community outreach; participate in events.
• Support and resolve client issues with digital products and services.
