Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Two years customer-facing experience.
• NMLS license obtained after employment.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend the bank's full scope of resources with customers, including in-branch and digital capabilities.
• Meet individual and branch goals through in-person and outbound calling activities.
• Open and close accounts and assist customers with selection of accounts.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of loan policies.
