Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build, expand, and retain client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will assess financial needs and offer solutions through bank products and services to help clients reach their goals.

The role involves marketing Simmons solutions to existing customers and prospects via daily interactions, outbound calls, business visits, and events. Training covers all products, needs-based conversations, and required tools.

Qualifications

• Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• NMLS licensing required after employment.
• Understanding of BSA/CIP compliance would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend the bank's full range of resources to customers, including in-branch services and digital capabilities.
• Meet or exceed established individual and branch goals through in-person and outbound activities.
• Open and close accounts; assist customers with account selection and research.
• Assist with consumer loan requests; know loan policies and processes.
• Refer customers to partner teams for mortgage, small business, and advisory services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and optimal customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal procedures; complete training as required.
• Process customer requests and transactions professionally; identify needs and provide solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
