Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in sales, service, or relationship-building with ability to identify needs and deliver solutions.
• Banking experience such as teller or relationship banking is preferred.
• Ability to conduct consultative client conversations and uncover needs.
• Strong communication skills with clear, confident delivery to diverse clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active NMLS registration as required.
• Notary license (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through leads and outbound efforts.
• Engage clients with curiosity, capturing information and identifying appropriate solutions.
• Lead engagement across walk-ins, appointments, and outbound opportunities with discovery of needs.
• Provide tailored guidance on a broad range of products and services.
• Deliver needs-based guidance reflecting clients’ financial position, coordinating referrals.
• Act as a client advocate with ongoing engagement and proactive outreach.
• Engage clients on mortgage products and referrals for mortgage solutions.
• Ensure policy compliance, documented interactions, and risk awareness.
• Collaborate with TD partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
