Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels. You will assess banking needs, explain deposit and loan products, and guide clients toward solutions that fit their goals.

This role requires NMLS registration and background checks; you will open accounts, process transactions, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to build relationships and educate clients; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommends solutions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service technologies.
