U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships through face-to-face interactions, assess banking needs, and guide customers to appropriate deposit and loan solutions.

You will open accounts and originate loans while educating clients on digital products. Successful candidates will foster collaboration with branch teams, maintain knowledge of banking policies, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment at a U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically less than four years in retail banking or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service capabilities.
• Collaborates with branch team to serve clients effectively.
