Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register.
• Relationship Banker: 1+ years in related experience.
• Relationship Banker II: 1+ years banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow client relationships with personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients via outreach and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
