Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid judgment and problem-solving in client-facing scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through outreach and needs-based discovery.
• Lead client acquisition and retention at the bank location; identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Provide tailored guidance on banking products and services; explain options, benefits and risks.
• Collaborate with partners to execute referrals and mortgage or lending opportunities.
• Ensure accurate client documentation and adherence to TD risk and regulatory standards.
