Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship building environment.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives client acquisition at the bank location through walk-ins, lead management and outbound outreach.
• Engages clients with discovery to uncover needs and priorities.
• Explains options clearly, including benefits and potential risks, in simple language.
• Delivers personalized solutions and next steps, connecting clients to TD products and services.
• Maintains accurate documentation and adheres to risk and regulatory standards.
• Educates clients on TD products, services and digital capabilities to simplify banking.
